GENDER DIFFERENCES IN LEARNING LANGUAGES

Gender differences between male and female language learners have recently attracted the attention of researchers, especially in terms how these impact learning achievements. Hence, this study examines gender without representing a specific sample area or population. It investigates previous studies by extracting theories applied, sampling methods, data collection analysis tools. The findings revealed that most employed simple random techniques, quantitative methods were vastly more common than qualitative methods. Questionnaires interviews played an important role collection, while SPSS was used tool. from hold divergent views; some agreed does not significant on languages, other different views reported motivation, self-efficacy, cognitive load, styles, among others, could be males females with respect to languages.
